Appointments & Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50–100% charge to cover the time reserved just for you.
No-shows will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
Patch Testing
For your safety, a patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before the following treatments:
✔ Eyelash extensions
✔ Lash tinting
✔ Brow tinting
Even if you’ve had similar treatments elsewhere, you’ll still need a patch test before your appointment with me. If this isn’t completed, your appointment may need to be cancelled, and fees could apply.
Aftercare & Concerns
If you have any issues or concerns after your treatment, please get in touch within 48 hours so I can do my best to put things right for you.
After this time, it can be more difficult to assess and correct any issues.
Refund Policy
I’m unable to offer refunds for treatments. This is because of the professional products used and the time set aside especially for you.
If you have any concerns, please reach out—I’m always happy to help and ensure you leave feeling confident and cared for.
